In this project we have worked closely with many NDIS participants, their families, peak bodies and myriad stakeholder groups as part of the Consumer Technical Expert Training Program. We are immensely grateful for the support, dedication and hard work from everyone involved.

It is with deep regret that we inform you the CTE Program has been discontinued.

This program was funded by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to improve the safety and quality of NDIS services. It was designed by the Institute for Healthy Communities Australia Certification to embed the valuable insights and lived experience of NDIS participants in the auditing process of NDIS providers.

We acknowledge this news is likely to be deeply disappointing. IHCA’s ongoing commitment to supporting quality and safety in the disability community remains unwavering.
